Cancellation and Refund Policy

No Refunds, No Returns

Her Care operates on a strict no-refund, no-return policy. All payments made for appointments, scans, tests, consultations, vaccinations, procedures and packages are final.

Appointments

Once an appointment is booked and payment is made, it is:

  • Non-cancellable. Bookings cannot be cancelled after payment.
  • Non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Non-transferable. Appointments cannot be transferred to another person, service or date.

No-Show Policy

A patient failing to reach the clinic within 10 minutes of the appointment start time is considered a no-show. No refunds will be processed for no-shows, and the appointment cannot be rescheduled or transferred.

Late Arrivals

If a patient arrives late, the appointment duration may be reduced to the remainder of the booked slot. Her Care is not liable to provide a refund, free reschedule or extended appointment duration. If a patient is more than 10 minutes late, it will be treated as a no-show.

Non-Performance by Her Care

In the rare case Her Care is unable to perform a paid service due to reasons solely attributable to Her Care, we will offer an alternate slot at our sole discretion. Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of Her Care and can take 5-7 business days to process if approved.
